Mandatory Call to Mohamed Salah in the Russian Games vs. Egypt

Mandatory Call to Mohamed Salah in the Russian Games vs. EgyptA mandatory call to Mohamed Salah sounds ahead of the Russian national team match against Egypt in Group A’s continued World Cup 2018 at Krestovsky Stadium
Egypt actually started the 2018 World Cup pretty well in the first game against Uruguay at Central Stadium on Friday (15/6). With open play, the North African team successfully held a goalless draw in the first half.
The absence of Salah in the inaugural match at the world’s largest soccer tournament in the world’s 21st edition does not make the Egyptian national team decided to play defensive. Mohamed Elneny and his friends did a high pressing so that Uruguay did not freely move freely controlled the ball.

Shown pretty well in the first half, Egypt apes in the second half. Uruguay national team efforts to storm the Egyptian defense ended sweetly through Jose Maria Gimenez header in the end of the game in the 89th minute.
Gimenez’s goal came after utilizing Carlos Sanchez’s free kick from the left side of the Egyptian defense. The ball that Sanchez bounced headed well by Gimenez to the left of Egypt’s goal. Uruguay also won over Egypt with the score 1-0.

Meanwhile Russia opened the 2018 World Cup with an impressive 5-0 win over Saudi Arabia at the Luzhniki Stadium on Thursday (14/6). In fact, Russia was depressed with an Arab skuat attack at the beginning of the game.
Saudi Arabia was even able to control the ball more than Russia in the first half. In the statistical record, The Green Falcon controls the ball as much as 60 percent.
Carefulness coach Stanislav Cherchesov in making the substitution of players also influential on the final result. Denis Cheryshev who replaced Alan Dzagoev, scored twice (43 ‘, 90 + 1’). While Artem Dzyuba who replaces Fyodor Smolov, contributed one goal (71 ‘).

As for other goals from Russia is noted Yury Gazinskiy (12 ‘) and Aleksandr Golovin (90 + 4’). Russia totaled 13 shots with seven of them aiming at goal in the match against Saudi Arabia.

Egypt in Emergency

Two contrasting results make Egypt currently ranks third in Group A standings without points, equal to Saudi Arabia which collapsed at the bottom of the rankings. Russia is top with three points, followed by Uruguay with the same number of points.

Inevitably, Egypt must win against Russia in the next game. This will reopen the chances of Egypt to qualify from Group A.

Mohamed Salah’s role is indispensable to help the Egyptian line of attacking forces. Wrong has not appeared in the 2018 World Cup, but he is the most fertile attacker during preparations ahead of the four-year event.
Salah became one of the highlights in this World Cup after appearing brilliantly with Liverpool in the 2017/2018 season. Mohamed Salah’s late penalty in the closing minutes of the game against Congo allowed Egypt to secure a ticket to the 2018 World Cup after winning Group E in World Cup qualifying.

Referring to data from Transfermarkt, Tuesday (19/6), Salah recorded total accounted for 33 goals and 18 assists for the Egyptian national team. Salah has already shown that he has been sharp in Egypt’s costumes, not just this season when he appeared crazy at Liverpool.
Egyptian national team coach, Hector Cuper, admitted skuatnya without Salah unable to produce opportunities to be a goal. This he conveyed in a press conference ahead of the game against Russia on Monday (18/6).

“We are working hard for the goalscoring, I think the performance of the Egyptian team is now quite balanced, I told the players before going to Russia that we will play against one of the best squads in the world so we will compete, try to score,” said Cuper as quoted from the FIFA website.

“I’m always confident, so maybe the opponents of Uruguay yesterday, we did not have a good final settlement, but I’m sure we have a better chance coming,” he added.
Mohamed One Should Hear Call

Cuper’s comment clearly seems to be a mandatory call to Salah. If Salah re-miss this game, then maybe he will miss the opportunity to bring his country shine in the World Cup.

Egypt is in no condition to lose again. If Egypt toppled in the hands of Russia, plus Uruguay’s victory over Saudi Arabia, then Egypt would not be possible to win tickets to the round of 16 large.
Therefore, re-save Salah in the match against Russia is not an ideal choice. If the new False conditions are in the range of 80-90 percent, then Salah and Egypt should dare to take risks.

Saving One will end up regretting when the other teammates can not achieve victory over Russia. Clearly the presence of Salah will no longer be useful in the third party if the second defeat has been bagged by the Egyptian national team.
Salah is entitled to appear and fight for Egypt in the World Cup because he has a big role to take Egypt into it. New wrong may not appear if it turns out his body condition really not ideal to be lowered to the field.
