Kane sealed England’s victory with a header in injury time. Tottenham Hotspur players were lamented less sharp England in the first round.

“It’s a big win, I’m proud of all my teammates, I think we played well, especially in the first half and deserved to excel,” Kane said in Standard.

“We can score a few more goals then clear – I have not seen the penalty back, but in my view it does not seem,” the England captain added.
