Kevin de Bruyne believes Belgium performed superbly throughout the first half to dampen Brazil. But the second half was a tough period for them.
Belgium stepped into the semifinals of the 2018 World Cup after overthrowing Brazil 2-1 at Kazan Arena. Fernandinho’s own goal and Kevin de Bruyne’s goal was met only once by Brazil through Renato Augusto.

“The second half of the game went very hard, they have a lot of players in the middle area.The last 15 minutes is a test of character and we show our world our ability,” he added.
Belgium will next face France in the semi-finals. France stepped into the top four after beating Uruguay 2-0.
